Please read these terms carefully before using our transportation services

Welcome to BW Limo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and transportation services (collectively, the "Services") operated by BW Limo ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Service Terms

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend making reservations at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times and for special events.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a reservation. This includes passenger details, pickup and drop-off locations, contact information, and any special requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 12-24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service: No refund

Special events, group transportation, and certain premium services may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Modification Policy

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled service without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. For airport pickups, we will wait for 60 minutes after the actual flight arrival time before considering it a no-show.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made for corporate accounts or special circumstances. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and do not include gratuity unless specifically stated. A standard gratuity of 20% is recommended but not required.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time beyond the included grace period
  • Additional stops not included in the original reservation
  • Route changes or service extensions requested during the trip
  • Excessive cleaning required due to passenger actions
  • Tolls, parking fees, and other incidental expenses

Service Rules and Conduct

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all passengers and our chauffeurs, the following rules apply:

  • No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances in our vehicles
  • No consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times when the vehicle is in motion
  • Passengers must comply with all instructions from the chauffeur regarding safety
  • Disruptive, abusive, or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone who violates these rules or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Liability and Insurance

BW Limo maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance as required by law. However, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or service disruptions due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings left in our vehicles
  • Missed flights, appointments, or events unless directly caused by our negligence
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services

Passengers are encouraged to maintain their own travel insurance for valuable items and to cover potential travel disruptions.

Intellectual Property

The BW Limo name, logo, website, and all content, features, and functionality are owned by BW Limo and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BW Limo regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning our Services.
